Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to send announcements about dates, tickets, programme and speakers, and to administer THMEX Community membership. We do not sell personal data.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in operating the event and responding to enquiries.
Retention
We keep your details for as long as they are needed for THMEX communications, and remove them on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the THMEX team.
Sharing
Data may be handled by SOFTRE and HUMI Denmark as the organisers, and by service providers acting on their instructions.
